Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan’s latest film, “Zara Hatke Zara Bachke,” has surpassed the impressive milestone of Rs 50 crore at the Indian box office. The film’s producers, Maddock Films, expressed their gratitude to the fans for their love and support. They took to Twitter to say, “We are humbled by your love! But we want to say that your love has truly won our hearts. Presenting a unique story from the creators of Luka Chuppi and Mimi.”

Directed by Laxman Utekar, this romantic comedy has earned a remarkable Rs 53.55 crore in just 10 days, according to box office records. Zara Hatke Zara Bachke made an average opening of Rs 5.25 crore nett when it hit theaters on June 2. However, it gained momentum over time, reaching a total of Rs 37.36 crore nett in its first week.

The film maintained a steady performance in its second week, collecting Rs 3.42 crore nett on its second Friday, Rs 5.76 crore nett on the second Saturday, and Rs 7.02 crore nett on the second Sunday. Set in Indore, Zara Hatke Zara Bachke revolves around the story of Kapil (Vicky) and Somya (Sara), a married couple who decide to divorce in order to qualify for a flat under a government scheme. However, their plans are thwarted by a series of unfortunate events.

In addition to Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan, the film also features Inaamulhaq, Sushmita Mukherjee, Neeraj Sood, Rakesh Bedi, and Sharib Hashmi in important roles.
